Classificados X is responsible for the Classificadosx.net website, and this Privacy and Personal Data Policy applies to all contracts made in the context of services provided by Classificados X. Classificados X is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data collected on the Site, and may, within the scope of its activity, use subcontracted entities and partners to achieve the purposes indicated here.

Classificados X collects and processes, among others, the following personal data: name; telephone number, email address; taxpayer number, and address.
Classificados X assumes that the data was freely provided by the data subject or that they have given authorization for this purpose and presumes that the data is true and up to date, especially when registering on the Site via form or email.
Personal data may be collected through email or the Site. The collected data is processed and stored electronically and in strict compliance with personal data protection legislation, being stored in a specific database created for this purpose by Classificados X or by entities subcontracted by it.

For the pursuit of the identified purposes, Classificados X may proceed to interconnect the collected data, with the purpose of updating and completing such data.
The processing of personal data associated has as its basis in the contractual relationship established between the Advertisers and Classificados X.
Sharing
The data collected and held by Classificados X may be transmitted, respecting the duty of confidentiality and the principle of the purpose that presided over its collection, to the following entities: judicial and/or administrative authorities, in cases where such transmission is mandatory, accounting and billing company, subcontractors who will process the data on behalf of Classificados X and in accordance with the purposes determined by it.
Rights
Under personal data protection legislation, Classificados X guarantees the right to access, update, rectify, delete, portability, and erasure of personal data.
Storage and Security
The length of time during which data is stored and preserved varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed. Unless there is a specific legal requirement, the data will be stored and preserved only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing, after which it will be deleted.

Classificados X requires its subcontractors and partners to adopt security measures equivalent to those it practices. Despite the security measures practiced by Classificados X, Visitors should adopt additional security measures, namely, ensuring that they use equipment and a browser that are updated in terms of security, properly configured, with an active firewall, antivirus, and anti-spyware, and ensure the authenticity of the sites they visit on the internet, avoiding websites whose reputation they do not trust.
Communications and Transfers
Classificados X may transmit data to third parties within the scope of investigations, inquiries, and judicial and/or administrative proceedings or similar if it is duly ordered by a court order to that effect.
Should data transfers to third countries that do not belong to the European Union, or the European Economic Area occur, Classificados X will comply with the law, particularly regarding the adequacy of the destination country concerning personal data protection and the requirements applicable to these transfers, with personal data not being transferred to jurisdictions that do not offer guarantees of security and protection.
